§ 01 — How it works

The Process

01

File check

We review your artwork for resolution, bleed, colour profile, and any potential print issues before we send a single sheet through the machine.
02

Colour proof

For colour-critical work we produce a soft or hard proof so you can confirm colour accuracy before the full run. Highly recommended for brand work.
03

Print

Your file is RIP-processed and printed with consistent CMYK accuracy across the full run. No colour drift from first sheet to last.
04

Cut & finish

Sheets are guillotined to trim size, or finished with folding, scoring, lamination, or any combination you need.
§ 02 — File requirements

Specs & Setup

File format Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-4 preferred), TIFF, or high-res JPEG
Colour mode CMYK. RGB files will be converted — colours may shift. Convert to CMYK before sending.
Colour profile Coated FOGRA39 (ISO 12647-2) for coated stocks; GRACoL for uncoated
Resolution 300 dpi minimum at final print size. 350 dpi ideal.
Bleed 3mm on all sides
Safe zone Keep all important content 5mm from trim edge
Fonts All fonts embedded or outlined in the PDF
Stock options Coated gloss, coated silk, uncoated, recycled, kraft — ask us for the current paper range
