Everything you need to prepare your files and get the best results from your print job.
Supply artwork as press-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a preferred). All fonts converted to outlines, images at 300dpi minimum, CMYK colour mode.
Include 3mm bleed on all sides for any design that extends to the edge of the page.
Supply vector artwork in a single spot colour. Convert all type to outlines. Minimum line weight: 0.5pt for letterpress, 0.3pt for foil.
Avoid large solid fills — letterpress works best with type, linework, and simple graphics.
Supply separate layers for each ink colour (max 3 colours per pass). Grayscale artwork at 300dpi. We'll convert to halftone.
Registration between colours is approx ±1mm — design with overlap (trapping) for best results.
For screen printing: vector artwork preferred, max 4 colours per design. For sublimation: full-colour CMYK at 300dpi.
Print areas vary by garment — check individual product pages for dimensions.
We print CMYK digital and can match Pantone spot colours for letterpress, foil, and risograph. Specify your Pantone reference when ordering.
Screen colours (RGB) differ from print — we recommend ordering a proof for colour-critical work.
We carry a wide range of stocks including uncoated, silk, gloss, textured, cotton, kraft, and specialty boards. Ask us about samples.
Paper weight ranges from 100gsm (text) to 700gsm (heavy board). Default business card stock is 350gsm.

Most digital print jobs: 3–5 working days from proof approval. Letterpress & foil: 5–7 working days. Large format: 2–3 working days.
